Group Classes

Mat Class  ranging from Matwork levels I to III, is a series of floor exercises that go back to the roots of Pilates. We utilize modified exercises in beginner classes and the original exercises that Joseph H. Pilates developed in the advanced levels. Some classes use small equipments such as the isotoner.

Mat Classes are designed to tone the abdominal muscles, and increase overall strength and flexibility. Mat Class students are encouraged to challenge their coordination skills, and to improve balance and control. The result is a leaner, longer, and stronger body.

Schedule 

Monday:         9:00 – 10:00

Wednesday:  9:00 – 10:00

Rates of Group Classes

It is not possible to sign up for only one single group class. To ensure the progress of the group as a whole, group classes are attended by their members over the course of several months
